Wahana Insan Prima (WIP) is a competency-based HR consulting company that has been operating for more than 15 years. PT. WIP itself has been trusted and collaborated with various companies, both government and private, including: Forum Bangun Aceh (NGO), Balai Diklat Perindustrian Kementerian Perindustrian, Diklat Perdagangan Pusat Kementerian Perdagangan, PT. INCO, Tbk. (now PT. VALE, Tbk.) Sorowako, Sulawesi, Quantum HRM International Surabaya, Bank OCBC NISP, etc.

• PT. Wahana Insan Prima (WIP) was founded in 2007 by Drs. Usdia, M.Ed. a competency-based education and training program practitioner. The idea to establish PT. Wahana Insan Prima was made by conditions in Indonesia that have not yet integrated work standards with training programs, competency certification programs and employee placements that are not yet the right man in the right place.
